Hours And Scheduling

Appointments required.  Walk-ins cannot be accommodated.

Policies:

New Clients: Brief initial consult to be performed by phone call is required prior to any new client appointment being accepted. *New clients currently being accepted by referral only

Online Scheduling: All appointments must be accepted by the therapist. If needing to cancel or reschedule, you must contact the practitioner directly.  Please provide as much notice as possible.

Arrival: Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment. In case of late arrival, time may be taken off your session length, but payment will still be due for the full amount of the appointment scheduled.

Payment: Credit card or exact cash accepted. If paying by cash, client will bring exact payment. as cash is not keep on the premises therefore Elm Massage Group cannot make change.

Rescheduling/Cancelation Policy: A minimum of 24 hours is required to avoid a $10 fee. In the event of a no-show, a $20 fee will be charged and all future appointments must be pre-paid. Elm Massage Group, LLC has the right to waive the fee in the event of an emergency.

Professionalism: It is also understood that any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks or advances made by client will result in the immediate termination of the session and dismissal as a client. Law enforcement may be called. Full payment is expected.

Policy Updates: Elm Massage Group, LLC has the right to add to or amend these policies at any time provided you are supplied with written notice of the updated policies.
